Spotted Saxifrage

On finding this little flower I had to look it up. It is of a family called Saxifrge, in Latin meaning Saxim for "rock," and Frangere, "to break." I found this one doing little of neither in a flat, un-rocky, road-side, pull-out, in the middle of Alaska. (No wonder that language is "dead"!)
