Ilfochrome Supergloss is a special print process that produces superior sharpness and color saturation. The image is on a very thick polyester base which makes the colors almost completely non-fading compared to the printing process of other paper-or polyester-based prints. Because of the non-fading properties, Ilfochrome Prints are considered truly colectable. However, the prints are also very expensive to produce, must be handled very delicately, and require special mounting techniques.
